Supporting individual employees with Autism
Employees with Autism in the workplace are an asset to the workplace, they just need some support.
The Domestic Abuse Commissioner for England and Wales estimates in 2022 Domestic Abuse cost businesses £74 billion. However, the cost to victims is unfathomable. This course will explore ways to understand and identify signs of someone who might be a victim of domestic abuse. This course includes the myths surrounding this phenomenon and how to start a conversation with either your employee or colleague. This informative course will provide the tools, to help support the victim through this difficult time, while supporting yourself as you navigate this difficult situation.
